Shipping Destinations:
We ship worldwide via UPS.
Shipping Process Times:
All orders received by 12:00 p.m. (noon), CST, M-F, are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will ship the next business day. UPS requires a personal or business street address (no P.O. Boxes). Please check with your country's customs service for information on quantity restrictions and prohibited ingredients.
We take no responsibility for items not cleared by customs or confiscated by them.
Return Policy:
**Prior to returning any purchased item, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.**
| A) | PureSport will accept returns or exchanges for any reason for up to 30 days after purchase date. All returned or exchanged merchandise must not damaged or altered in any way. All returned items must be in resalable condition. |
| B) | The customer shall pay for shipping to PureSport for all returned merchandise. Exception are defect items being returned. |
| C) | PureSport will not accept returns/exchanges without a Return Authorization Number. Contact Us. |
| D) | Customer may request an exchange or store credit for a comparable amount for PureSport accepted/approved returned items. |

F) Lapse of 30 Days or More From Purchase Date

PureSport Gift Certificates:
| A) | Our gift certificates are virtual. No physical certificate is shipped out. Instead, a gift certificate code is issued via email. |
| B) | Gift certificate codes are issued via email upon successful charge of customer's credit card. |
| C) | Gift certificates are not refundable and are not eligible for return. |
| D) | Our gift certificates never expire. |
